Govt. Loan for University Students to Buy Laptops

The State Minister of Telecommunications of the Peoples Republic of Bangladesh has said that, University students of Computer Science will be given loans to buy laptops to help them earn from outsourced jobs. He also added that, students of other departments would be gradually brought under the program. This is the first time that, Govt. Decided to Give Loan for University Students to Buy Laptops. Rupali Bank Ltd. and PKSF had already agreed to fund the program, Mr. Zunaid Ahmed Palak said at an event, adding that efforts were on to involve other banks and donor organizations. The students would be allowed to repay the loan during or after the completion of their courses, he also added.
