The Netherlands Fellowship Programmes (NFP) promotes capacity building within organizations in 50 countries by providing training and education through fellowships for professionals. The NFP is initiated and fully funded by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs under the budget for development cooperation. Important notice regarding Fellowship: As of 1 July 2013 a new phase of the NFP (NFP II) will start. This new phase leads to policy changes which will have an impact on procedures and criteria. Brief description about the Clarendon Scholarships at University of Oxford: Fields of study: All degree-bearing graduate courses in all subjects are eligible. This encompasses all full-time and part-time Master’s courses (MSt, MSc, BCL/MJur, MBA, MFE, MPhil, BPhil, MSc by Research, MTh, MPP) and all DPhil programmes.
