Bangladesh Open University (BOU) SSC Admission
Circular 2013-2014 has been published. BOU invited application for Secondary
School Certificate 1st Year admission. Admission application form for SSC
program will be available from March 18, 2014 in regional study centers. Students
are requested to submit their application from within June 5, 2014. A sum of Tk.
50/= only required for collect application form. Students can download
application form from internet (www.bou.edu.bd). They must attach Fifty taka
bank receipt with form.
Minimum Qualification for BOU Admission:
- Interested candidates have to completed JSC/JDC/Equivalent Exam
- Admission Application Period: 18/3/2014 to 5/6/2014
- Age should be 14 years as on 18 March, 2014
- Class start: 11/6/2014
- SSC Registration Fee: Tk. 100
- Course Fee: Tk. 2000 (Per course 400)
- BOU Calendar Fee: Tk. 25
- Per Study Center can take admission 400 students.
- During admission time, students need to submit all education papers attested copy.

About BOU: The
BOU was established on October 21, 1992 under the Bangladesh Open University
Act 1992. Bangladesh Open University (BOU) is the only public institution in
the country that imparts education in distance mode. As the only public university
in Bangladesh to use distance education as a method of delivery, BOU is
mandated to "promote through multimedia; instruction of every standard and
knowledge – both general and scientific – by means of any form of
communications technology, to raise the standard of education and to give the
people educational opportunities by democratizing education and creating a
