The Institute of Business Administration (IBA),
University of Dhaka has published BBA 22nd Batch admission test notice/circular
2013-2014. The application for IBA BBA will be begin from 2nd November, 2013
and last date of application is 20 November, 2013. The application is to be
made online from Saturday, November 02, 2013. Admissions Test Seat Plan, admission
test admit card, admission process/procedure for admission at IBA, final result

The Procedure for making online applications for IBA
BBA Admission 2013-14 is given bellow:
- Applicants have to complete the procedure to take part in the IBA BBA admission examination at the admission website of University of Dhaka, http://admission.eis.du.ac.bd or IBA website www.iba-du.edu. All instructions, official notices and relevant links for the IBA BBA admission examination have been provided there. Please carefully read all the instructions regarding IBA BBA admission and the admission website before making the application. Moreover, please take note of the instructions given in the yellow box on the top of each page of the online application form.
- Applications for appearing in the IBA BBA admission examination can be made from 2nd November, 2013, 12 noon till 20th November, 2013.
- To start the application procedure for the IBA BBA admission examination, begin by clicking on the “Login” button on the DU admission website.
- Applicants who have already applied to any of the units of the DU admission examination 2013-14 and have passed from the Bangladesh Standard Education Board need not upload a new photograph. Applicants must login by providing their higher secondary certificate (HSC)/equivalent examination roll number, year of passing, name of the board and secondary school certificate (SSC)/equivalent examination roll number and then click on the “Apply” button beside the IBA tab on the applicant's dashboard page.
- After clicking on the “Login” button, the applicant’s higher secondary/equivalent examination roll number, year of passing, name of the board and secondary/equivalent examination roll number must be filled in on the information page and then the “Submit” button must be clicked. On the following page, information regarding the applicant’s higher secondary and secondary education and the DU units to which the applicant is eligible to apply shall appear. After checking all the details, please click on the “I Confirm” button.
- Photograph meeting the requirements specified, personal mobile number and information regarding eligibility for the quota system will be taken through the website from the applicants who have not applied to any other DU units earlier this year.
- The photograph and information provided will have to be confirmed on the next page .To carry out the confirmation procedure, the applicant has to send a SMS to 16321 numbers from any Banglalink/Robi/Airtel or Citycell mobile phone number. The necessary format in which the SMS has to be sent will be shown on the web page. The applicant shall receive a reply SMS with a confirmation code of 7(seven) digits. The applicant must provide this confirmation code in the designation space on the website’s page and click on “Proceed” button to continue with the application procedure.
- Applicant's Dashboard (applicable for all units of DU) shall appear if the confirmation code provided is correct. The applicant will be able to complete the IBA BBA application procedure and collect the fee payment slip from this page. Click on the “Apply” button beside the IBA tab on this main page. A green tick mark will be seen in the space of the “Apply” button and the link to download the payment slip will appear after clicking on the “Apply” button. Subsequently, the applicant will also be able to collect his/her admit card, know the seat plan and result of the examination from this page
- After clicking on the link provided on the above-mentioned main page for downloading the payment slip, the slip has to be downloaded and printed. There are two sections of the payment slip; the top part is for the applicant and the latter for the bank. Warning: The applicant’s section of the payment slip is NOT the admit card for the admission examination. The applicant’s section of the payment slip CANNOT be used as a substitute for the admit card under any circumstances.
- Please check carefully and ensure that the photograph and applicant’s details shown on the payment slip is correct. The applicant must sign in the designation space on both sections of the payment slip and use it to deposit the amount of fees specified on the slip (admission exam fee, online service fee and bank service charges) at any branch of the 4 national commercial banks (Janata/Sonali/Agrani or Rupali) within the bank’s operating hours on or before 21st November, 2013. The bank shall keep the bank’s section of the payment slip and return the applicant’s section as proof that the payment has been made.
- After the University of Dhaka receives notification (which normally takes 48 hours) that the payment of fees has been completed by the applicant, the applicant will be able to see a green tick mark on the payment column of the application’s main page. The applicant will be able to collect the admit card for the IBA BBA admission examination from 28th November, 2013 from this page on the DU admission website. The applicant will not be able to take part in the admission examination if payment is not made to the bank and
- Applicants who have passed GCE/Cambridge and Equivalent examinations or other foreign examinations have to collect Equivalent ID from the IBA admission office and use that as the roll number in the HSC/SSC examination roll number spaces on the online application form and then collect the payment slip through the procedure outlined above.
